The Knoll, a Beverly Hills mansion sitting on 10-acres of land, is currently owned by American businessman Eric Smidt, President of Harbor Freight Tools. The 25,000sq ft Georgian-style manor was designed by architect Roland Coate and features 13 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms.
