Marine Corps Air Station Tustin

Former Marine Corps Air Station Tustin was established in 1942 as part of the coastal patrol effort during World War II. Initially the Naval Lighter-Than-Air Station Santa Ana, MCAS Tustin served as a base for airship operations. Airships are inflated aircraft such as blimps and zepellins.
