Located in Lebec, National Cement Plant operates a state-of-the-art cement plant. The local mountains are used to generate aggregate for the concrete produced by National Cement Plant. Making up 60-80% of concrete mix, aggregates are composed of any particulate material, including gravel, sand, crushed stone and slag.
