UC Riverside (UCR) is a public university in Riverside, California and one of the 10 University of California college campuses. Originally the UC Citrus Experiment Station, which pioneered research in biological pest control and the use of growth regulators that greatly extended the California citrus growing season, UCR is consistently ranked as one of the most diverse schools, both ethnically and economically.
